SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience as a Change Analyst
- Review & analyse business processes as necessary to improve efficiency & effectiveness
- Document the business user requirements for new or changed business processes and software systems
- Experience in business process modelling tools and techniques such as MS Visio
- Assist in the production of a robust business case that includes options analysed, impact assessments and funding recommendations.
- Proven experience in developing instructional & procedural documents & presentations
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
