Business Analysis Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analysis Consultant for our clients based in Paris for a one year contract

The consultant will be responsible for backing up the application malfunctions, mapping problems, passing the anomalies to the IT support, improving business tools and PMO management of different customer contracts.

Job Description

The program aims to implement the CC & B software as a customer relationship management tool and customer management and contracts in place of the client's existing applications. In this context, the Team Services operates in solving user's needs about updates to the functional data of the application. The team analyses the requests, clarifies the requirements, tests and puts into production the changes requested through a well-defined catalogue.
The relevant functional areas cover the activities: contract migration of subscribers, billing, rotations and editing invoices.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Make customer care a priority on all balance migrated points: recognition and qualification of all alerts for jobs blocking points operability of the loom and go back to the prioritized program
- Promote bilateral communication channels between the program and craft
- Monitoring of current issues, coordination and control
- Analyses and statements of a situation places on request of the program
- Participation in the process of continuous improvement of internal procedures

Required Profile

Training Bac +2 to +5, you have to have several years of significant experience in positions oriented services to users/customers, ideally in the water craft.
Rigorous, organized and responsive, you have to know how to be reactive. You must enjoy teamwork. Be flexible and adaptable to your work methods, you must know and follow detailed procedures and react positively to unexpected interruptions. Your involvement and sense of service will be definite assets to complete your missions and expand your scope of responsibilities.

- Pack Office - good knowledge of Excel - required
- Windows Mobile OS, office pack - required
