Business Analys - TOM - Host to Host Channel Payments - Bank

A strong Business Analyst is required to work on a large, global project to develop a Bulk File payments and collections product which is an unattended Host to Host (H2H) for the submission by a customer of bulk payment files. The analyst will also be tasked with helping shape and design the Target operating Model for the project

The business analyst will be required to perform gap analysis including documenting the as-is position for the current systems, operations and building a to-be for the requirements specification (including systems specification, operational model, support model).
The candidate should be a dynamic and energetic self-starter who can plan their own workload and report on progress as well as eliciting, documenting and managing requirements.

Essential
*Strong Business Analysis skills within a payments environment (ideally within banking or financial services)
*Must have a track record of working on large, global business projects
*Target Operating Model/process design experience required
*H2H Channels project experience
*Excellent project documentation skills using Visio, Flows and attention to detail when drafting.
*Payments experience for Corporate Clients
*Knowledge of financial services applications, systems & processes
*Understands the detailed concepts of business analysis.
*Strong stakeholder management and the ability to face off to both the business and IT
