An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal skills to provide admin support in our Track Supplies business at our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel, an able communicator with proven organisational and time management skills with a flexible approach to all tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word with experience of Excel
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative or with team
- Flexible attitude

Applicants will be required to provide admin and general office support including the following specific duties:

- Producing quotations
- Placing orders
- Transport coordination
- Sales invoicing

Desirable:

- Knowledge of track materials and S&C
- Experience using the COINS system

We would also require the appropriate candidate to carry out site visits surveying clients' needs and then producing material list from the survey.
