Overall Purpose:
Position is responsible for assembly and configuration of Linux based Servers and network distribution devices. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a basic knowledge of Linux and networking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Breaking down and assembling hardware.
- Configuring Linux Servers.
- Configuring access points, Switches, Routers and modems.
- Maintaining quality assurance records for all equipment configured.
- Coordinate with multiple internal customers to assure equipment configured on time and correctly.
- Test returning equipment for faulty hardware/software.

SKILLS:

Education:

- High School Degree or GED

Skills/Experience:

- Basic Linux knowledge
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have advanced computer skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Must be detail oriented
