* Lease management
* Property Appraisal
* Project Management and Supervisor duties
* Data Management
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification and post-graduate experience. Professional membership of the RICS ie Chartered Building Surveyor, or working towards Chartered Status of the RICS with equivalent post-graduate training and experience.
Experience in the management of leased premises, including the ability to accurately interpret lease conditions/legal documents and responsibilities.
