Main Duties:
. Surveying existing kitchens and bathrooms
. Evaluating conditions
. Assessing compliance
. Working to the Scottish Housing Quality Standards
Essential Skills:
. Excellent knowledge of building construction services
. Experienced carrying out house condition surveys
. Strong awareness of the Scottish Housing Quality Standard requirements
. Driving license and own transport essential
. Understanding of electrical and plumbing services
This position is available on an initial 4-6 week contract. Interviews are available at short notice, with a start date to follow ASAP.
