The work routinely involves providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals. Your excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying will be matched with your planning, organisational and analytical skills. You will have an excellent knowledge of building services and a good technical background in services for a wide variety of buildings.
Key task and deliverables will include - Rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, lease terminations, easements/wayleaves, town and country planning advice.
Please note that the role will require Security clearance
