Due to movement internally my client is seeking a Building Inspector to join their team for an initial 5/6 month contract with a likeliness to extend further. You will be based in their prestigious offices in South West London.
To be considered for this position you will have experience in the following:
Experience of property maintenance
Ability to undertake surveys and prepare specifications
Ability to supervise contractors
Ability to deal with the public face to face, via the telephone and in writing
Ability to use a computer system
Ability to prepare short technical reports
My client is looking for someone who is available in the next 1-2 weeks for a long length contract.
