Build Engineer / Bauleiter Werksumbau Automotive (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich Werksaumbau im Bereich Automotive.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Participate to the building modification definition & validate technical feasibility
+ Propose solution to optimize cost and technical reliability
+ Create specification for building modification (according PO standard)
+ Manage permit process with architect and general contractor
+ Manage architect and general contractor in the transformation , with the quality, timing, cost and safety expectations
+ Manage the dimensioning, sourcing process and installation of all necessary utilities up-date (electricity / gas / compressed air)
+ Manage the dimensioning, sourcing process and installation of necessary cranes

+ Mechanical and/or civil engineering skills
+ Supplier / contractor management
+ Budget management
+ good communication in German & English (German = mother language)
+ good communication and functional management
+ Able to animate a functional team
+ Autonomy
