Senior Functional Analyst for BSS - fluency in English (additional French or Dutch will be beneficial). Working with Techno/Functional analysts on BSS systems/IT applications that are used.
Areas include: Customer Management; Contact Center; Product Management; Order Management.
Working with other teams to realise end-to-end; Online team, BSS Rating OSS team.
Take the lead in analysis phase for large projects. Can perform functional analysis for small to large projects.
Proven experience in contact centre domain and Back End integrations.
Knowledge of Avaya, Genesys or Sonus is a plus.
Can advise on architecture for call routing & contact center applications.
