BSS Functional Analyst - Order Management (Order Intake; Order to Bill; Order Provisioning)
BSS Functional Analyst will be working on challenging projects within Order Management area - previous experience of Order Management is expected. Knowledge of typical IT Release cycles (Agile/Waterfall), IT Project processes.
Challenging projects on in Order Management area
As a functional analyst, contractor must be able to take the lead in the project from a solution point of view.
* Together with the business consultant & architect, he/she is the main responsible of the design phase of the project, whit detailed requirements and solution descriptions as main deliverable.
* Together with technical analysts, he/is responsible for an in-depth solution document that describes what needs to be developed by any involved delivery partner.
* Guided by the project manager, he/she is the main point of contact towards any possible changes in requirements and changes in solutions, and all other type of questions.
Previous experience in an Order Management environment is expected:
* Hands-on experience in Order Management (Order Intake, Order to Bill, Order Provisioning)
* Insights in typical processes like marketing, product management in both residential & B2B market.
* Affinity with typical IT Release cycles (waterfall and agile), IT Project processes
