BSS Business Analyst/Functional BSS - telecom, Telco: MUST HAVE FLUENCY IN ENGLISH & DUTCH LANGUAGES:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE LOCATION SPECIFIED WITHOUT RESTRICTION/SPONSORSHIP - CLIENT CANNOT PROVIDE VISA/PERMIT.
BSS Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining consistent business processes and business requirements documentation.
As a BSS Business Analyst, you will primarily work within a project context and you've got a bridge between the different business teams and IT colleagues.
YOUR TASKS:
- Business process analysis - You identify the needs of the business. You analyse their needs and you determine the impact on existing processes, systems and tools.
- Business requirements gathering - based on workshops and interviews with the business you gather business requirements and define your own detailed business requirements in a business requirements document.
- Business process modelling and optimisation - You bring the as-is identified and determines in consultation with the business, the to-be. You work the necessary process adjustments and document them in flowcharts.
- You will support IT and business to convert business requirements into an implementation. You will be the SPOC for business and IT.
- Business acceptance testing - You will coordinate the business acceptance testing and the business also helps in testing of new system implementations.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ideally have a master's degree
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You enjoy working in projects. You have experience with process modelling and business analysis.
- You have strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and reality. You are pragmatic. You put ideas in question and considering several options critically.
- You work in a structured way. You have an eye for detail without losing the overview.
- You can work autonomously. You are proactive and ask spontaneous assistance.
- You are a team player but also dares to bear the final responsibility.
- You take ownership of your tasks and are able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- You have strong communication skills and you can adjust language according to the interlocutor.
- Experience or affinity with IT is an asset.
- Knowledge of telecom products or experience in a Telco environment is a plus.
