CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Experience of managing client - Chief Architect, Business Architect, Technical Architect levels. Identify business opportunities and working with clients foster relationships with client executives to promote service offerings

EXPERIENCE

Working as BRMS evengelist - educating client on Rules Managements, its benefits, Adoption, Governance, Designbusiness rules design, documentation. Ensuring the key objectives behind the rules management like resuse, no-duplication of rules, are adopated across the organisation. Ensure the rules use consistent terminology and are readable and understood by the business

RULES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Experience in decision modelling, Rules Management Analysis. Min 3-5 years exp with BRMS tools (for rules building/development, rule repository, rule engine). Integrating rules with business workflow (BPM), integration (SOA, ESBs) and other applications. Structure the rules based on logical models, domain and taxonomy within the BRM system. Format rules in a stand-alone atomic structure. Rule builder IDE (rule studio), rule repository, rule engine BOM and rule development

FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY DOMAIN

Good understanding on Banking and Financial services sector and current trends. Good knowledge of some of the fucntions: Payments, Customer Servicing, KYC, Onboading, Fraud, Complaince& Regulations

TECHNOLOGIES

BRMS, BPM, ESB, SOA, ETL, CEP, BPMN, XPDL

SOFTWARE TOOLS (EXPERIENCE OF SOME OF IT)

TIBCO BusinessEvents, IBM WODM (iLog), FairIsaac FICO Blaze, Drools, Jrules

COMMUNICATION

Good command of written/verbal business English

TRAVEL

Williness to travel extensively. Preference to people who can travel for wrok across Europe without needing any Work Visa.

EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience and Degree in Engineering/Computers
