Projektbeschreibung
The position will involve acting as a central point of contact for the business, ensuring consistency of brand message in all areas such as sales, customer service, marketing, advertising and E-commerce. The position will involve understanding customer requirements and developing the service proposition/"message", also bearing in mind the wider group brand messages. The postholder will interact with most areas of the business across the UK, working closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns & materials.
This will be both a complicated & challenging role, yet rewarding.
The client requires a strong Brand Manager with considerable B2C experience eg retail, retail banking, travel. A strong customer focus is key, as is an understanding of developing an effective service proposition and brand.
