BPMN Project Manager - Transformation

The Role

Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the candidate will be an experienced and professionally qualified project manager, with a record of successful project delivery. The role entails the implementation of our standardised Business Process Models across the organistation, managing Senior Stakeholder's relationships, and ensuring Project Delivery to time and budget.

Key Accountabilities

Successful execution of all the key project management components including:

- Project Planning: Creation and management of plans, and effective resourcing in line with project plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Status Reporting: Accurate, timely and concise reporting on progress to Head of Project Management, sponsor, customer and Programme Office (PO).
- RIDA Logs: Diagnosis, evaluation and effective management of potential Risks and Issues. Identification and management of Assumptions and Dependencies.
- Cost estimation/Financial Reporting: Effective and accurate control of all aspects of the project budget throughout the project life cycle.
- Resourcing: Identification of resource requirements and gaining commitment and support from the appropriate delivery area.

Skills & Experience

Experience:

- Extensive Project Management Experience
- Extensive Knowledge of Business Process Modelling related Projects
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- An awareness of commercial and contractual issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across all divisions.
- PMI/Prince 2 project management qualification
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

Other Significant Role Requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work alone and or as part of a team, whilst remaining self motivated
- Adaptable to change

Financial Management:

- PM will have direct responsibility for Project budgets.

Technical Knowledge:

- PMI/Prince 2 methodologies
- BPMN/Business Process Re-Engineering Tools
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Iterative development approaches.
- Experienced user of MS Office suite inc Project
