I need a BPM Architect with 6 to 12 years of experience in Software Architecture, Design and Development using IBM BPM above v7.x, Core Java, JavaScript, SQL Server/Oracle/DB2, Web Services/SOA, SOAP, Web services standards, XML, XPATH, XSLT, LDAP/AD. very strong on IBM blueworks and modelling capabilities
Should have designed, implemented BPM Workflow and well versed in BPM Concepts. Have knowledge on WebSphere Process Server (WPS) is a Plus. Have understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Security Architecture, and IT Regulatory Compliance Must be IBM Certified BPM Developer in version 7.x and above
He/she will be responsible for Middleware infrastructure set up and configure environments for development, test and production. Should have good understanding of BPM configuration and the interaction between BPM and its underlying applications, services, and databases in order to ensure optimal performance. Should be able to collaborate with BPM Analysts, Technical Architects and Project Managers to build Workflow solutions that address customer needs and deliver business value. Conducting training and knowledge sharing session on IBM BPM tool among the team
