BPA - 2 Years - Brussels, Belgium

I am currently recruiting for a (BPA) Business Process Analyst to work for a client of mine who are a European government public sector organisation.

Tasks:

The candidate will be required to:

- Participate in working groups with internal and external stakeholders;
- Propose solutions to the working group's issues, in particular in the business analysis area (with emphasis on exchange on social security info);
- Contribute to the design of the system architecture with respect to its requirements, detailing its components and data, focusing on non-functional requirements;
- Act as a liaison between the users and the team of Business Analysts;
- Actively participate in modelling the business processes and the data used internally;
- Deliver the UML models relevant for the processes that enable the chosen architecture;
- Implement hands-on, if required, security related components (such as .NET code libraries, system management scripts, etc.) and coach the development team on the usage of such components

Skills:

- Expert knowledge in RUP methodology
- Expert knowledge of Business Process Analysis
- Used to write Business Requirements Specifications and Software Requirements Specifications documents
- Expert knowledge of BPMN and UML
- In depth knowledge of the following tools and methodologies:

o Aris, Balsamic, Enterprise Architect, SharePoint, Subversion, MS Visio and RSA

- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings in English (preferably also in another European language), excellent communicator
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment

Education & Experience:

The candidate must meet in full all the following:

- University degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience
- Preferably hold a certificate in Business Process Modelling and Analysis

Rate: €450-€500 per day D.O.E

Length: 2 years
