DESCRIPTION:
The BODS Expert has the capacity to understand functional requirements and translate them into data warehouse designs, using Business Objects tooling.
He/she is responsible for the design, creation and maintenance of various, complex ETL developments, as well as the design and the implementation of BO universes.
Particular focus will be on the review of an existing ETL which extracts compensation-related information.
On average half-time availability over period August - October
Persons needs to work independently; no technical guidance will be provided
Various small enhancements to existing ETL routines

BUSINESS CONTEXT:
Up-and-running Corporate HR data warehouse (HRDB)
HRDB collects a basic set of employee/organisation information from various entities around the world, and feeds various HR applications with properly formatted data.
HRDB feeds information to SuccessFactors compensation module to support annual compensation round: this feed needs to be reviewed based on changing requirements.
