DURATION: 4-6 MONTH+
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customization and Overlay development of BMC REMEDY ITSM 7.5 & 8.0 BMC ATRIUM, BMC SIM, SERVICE MAPS, CMDB.
- At least 6 years. of extensive experience on all workflows of BMC ITSM 7.5 & 8.0 including SRM, Incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, Atrium CMDB, Self-service portal, BMC analytics
- Experience on at least one entire implementation of BMC ITSM in all the modules.
- Experience in entire data migration and on-boarding activity for new customers.
- Experience on functional consulting on creating workflows for Incident, change and problem management.
- Experience on CMDB modelling, Atrium implementation & Integrations.
