BMC ITSM Engineer - Brussels - Contract - NATO

Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing BMC Remedy suite, specifically Atrium CMDB, BPPM, and ADDM.
Experience in providing a unified service operations reporting mechanism via the integration of disparate reporting tools such as BMC Remedy, SCOM, Cisco Prime, VMWare, Virtual Manager, McAfee ePO.
Understanding of ITSM processes for large enterprise network infrastructure, in particular event monitoring, detection, alerting and management
Implementing change management, asset management and configuration management in Remedy
Development, testing and execution of system workflow activities
Preparation of system documentation for functional and technical requirements of all products and subsystems.
Managing work assignments of team members to assure schedules are being met
Candidate must have at least a NATO SECRET clearances or equivalent.

This is an initial 3 months contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
