MY DUTIES:

- Develop the Workflows using Bizagi studio with the guidance from DigiT senior developer and automation Architects
- Perform high quality unit testing and integration testing
- User acceptance testing and hypercare for the allocated projects
- Deployment activities and post deployment configurations
- Actively participate in the Scrum ceremonies related to the allocated project and workflows
- Preparing the SDD during the project and before the project closure
- Adhering to the DigiT project methodology and standards using the tools like Azure dev-ops, Servicenow, Technology handbook and standard Checklists
- Work on the assigned Incidents in GSN related to the workflow for which the developers are responsible
- Working on the change request tickets which are allocated via the change advisory board (CAB)
- Contribute to the knowledge sharing activities during the platform calls
- Actively participate in the platform activities as part of the integrated Automation Designer team. This involves performing sanity testing of the workflows after system maintenance or upgrades as an example
- Support the DigiT citizen developers with answers to technical questions
