Biostatistician

My client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Biostatistician to join the R&D team in developing cell diagnostic tests. She/he will provide advice in quantitative/statistical and experimental design of field and clinical studies of point of car diagnostic devices as well as R&D projects. The individual will guide and execute data management including database creation, data entries and database cleanups, data mining and analysis and produce summaries and formal memoranda. Good knowledge of quantitative chemistry or similar curricula and demonstrated skills in data analysis and modelling is high preferred. The open position may be an interesting entry level opportunity for Biostatisticians!

Requirements:

-BS or MS in Biostatistics, clinical research, or related discipline
-proven record of successful application of Statistical methods in and R&D or Clinical Environment
-Expertise with MS-Access. Eplinfo, Stata, and R Programming is a must
-Solid education in mathematical principles is required and some experience with simulation and modelling of chemical and biological interactions is a plus
