Biology Lab Associate (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will support all research activities and contribute to the further development of the growing program portfolio
- One of your main tasks will be to perform biochemical and cell biological assays
- You will be responsible for the implementation of new cellular and biochemical assays to generate drug profiles
- You will also perform cell biology experiments for the discovery and validation of new targets mainly relevant to cancer and immuno-oncology
- Accordingly, your tasks will mainly include the design and execution of experiments
- Related to this, you will perform analyses of data, including their interpretation.
- It is important that you can work independently
- Finally, you will participate in the administration and organization of the cell biology laboratory 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education in Pharma or Biotech and/or BSc and/or MSc in biological science or related field 
- Several years experience in molecular biology, biochemistry or cell biology lab in Pharma or equivalent
- Good experience in biochemical, molecular biological and/or cell biological techniques
- Experience in culturing mammalian cells and sterile techniques
- Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, Flow cytometry and immunological methods is highly desirable 
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written 
- Enthusiasm developing, applying and optimizing new protocols and techniques
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a matrix-type, interactive, and fast-paced environment
- Well-organized,quick to learn and highly motivated
