- Process RNAseq data using inhouse piplineQC of RNAseq and microarray projects
- Analysis of microarray data for immunology discovery and diagnostics programs
- Performing miscellaneous bioinformatics analysis to assist others in supporting immunology related areas
Job Qualifications:
- M.S or Ph.D. in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics or equivalent experience.
- R programming language high level of proficiency
- Expereince analysing microarray dataUnix/Linux commandline proficiency
