BILLINGS ADMINISTRATOR/SALES ORDER ADMINISTRATOR

CONTRACT; 6 MONTH ROLLING

MILTON KEYNES

RATE; PER HOUR LTD

This Contract position is for a Major International IT Services Firm, who provides IT Outsourcing Solutions to Major blue chip Clients. The ideal candidate will work as an Order Administrative.

Responsibility will include;

- Deal with billing queries
- Reconciliation of invoices with supplier contracts (specifically price increases) and that this has been recharged correctly and fully
- Raising of Proforma invoices and submitting through to the Accounts Receivable team
- Analysis and reconciliation of supplier invoices and process subsequent corrections
- Uploading new orders into SAP
- Uploading contracts into SAP
- Communicating new contract numbers back to team
- Process cancellations (both inbound and procurement elements)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Experience working in an administrative position
- Able to manage and prioritise work load
- Good communication skills
- Excellent communications skills at all levels
- Experience of liaising with, and organising resources of multi-discipline groups
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to manage relationships with International partners
- Experience of working with the telecommunications industry would be an advance
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO9001, SAP & EXCEL would be desirable but not a pre-requisite
