Billing Team Leader

My client a well-known telecommunications provider is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader due to growth within the business. The role will see the suitable applicant managing a team of 10 to 15 staff who are based onshore and offshore staff.

The role requires someone who has a solid team leading background, strong communication with a great attitude!

THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE ARE;

- Plan and manage the development of an onshore and offshore transactional teams to meet and deliver upon the business requirements
- Provide leadership, guidance & direction to onshore & offshore teams- ensure that are operating effectively and meeting defined KPI's
- The suitable applicant must have strong operational reporting experience and have a solid background in reporting and tracking KPIS.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.

- Minimum of three years team leader and management experience
- Minimum of three years billing experience (amount due calculation and root cause analysis of billing issues) ideally in a telecommunications or utilities environment.
- Expertise in managing and leading blended teams - local, interstate and overseas
