Billing System Technical Lead - IBIS

A global telecoms company based in Brussels are searching for a Billing System Technical Lead able to coordinate, design and maintain the architecture, infrastructure of an IBIS billing system.
As the Billing System Technical Lead you will involved in current design, future design, operational follow-up, problem solving and standardisation also enhancement on the software factory for the IBIS billing system. We are looking for a Billing System Technical Lead with good knowledge of SQL, C, Pro*C, Oracle and Oracle forms, the Billing System Technical Lead will also be expected to have experience with billing systems ideally IBIS.

Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge: SQL, C, Pro*C, Oracle (query optimisation, debugging, tuning), Oracle Forms.
- Experience with billing system, optimisation issue, troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of the various concept of software architecture,
- Good theoretical Computer Sciences bases (Datamodelling, RDBMS theory, algorithm complexity, application design, scalability) and the ability to put the theory into practice.
