Billing Analyst Job

BILLING ANALYST needed for a long term contract opportunity with AN SAP AFFILIATED CLIENT located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MS Excel
- Financial analysis experience
- Invoice processing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Act as a liaison between Ariba and Tangoe on the Telecommunications (voice/data/Internet) Bill Pay project.
- Identify overcharges, accounts in arrears, and accounts with pending credits; verified accounts validity, and maintain all accounts as current.
- Identified go-forward cost savings on accounts.
- Cancel identified services no longer in use/needed (low and no usage).
- Complete quarterly Toll-free number audit (AT&T, Verizon, Singtel).
- Verify usage and billing is in accordance with contract.
- Maintain toll-free/circuit database for continued tracking.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date reports as needed.
- Maintain all vendor contact information.
- Identified business owners for all Toll Free numbers and circuits and provided corrected business unit billing and forecasted spend.
- Attend weekly vendor meetings - (AT&T, Verizon, Level 3, Verizon Wireless).
- Track all disconnects and additions on invoices for accuracy and potential cost savings.
- Collaborating with SAP AP Shared Services to gather all documentation required to process invoices for Legacy global vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Finance analysis- Expert excel experience, Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial concepts.
- Invoice/contract review -Ability to research and identify error in invoices/contracts.
- Tenacious about billing issue investigation and resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Vendor management experience.
