BILLED WORK COORDINATOR JOB #3773 - NORTH CANTON, OHIO

PAY: $14.00 - $17.00/hr

LENGTH: 6 Month Contract

DESCRIPTION:
Analyze review & maintain customer profile information related to invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide historical customer account information to the field service teams & external customers
- Analyze customer contracts & develop customer profiles & standards including standard coverage, pricing, & invoice information.  Maintain this information in an electronic database
- Maintain system integrity as related to billed work system
- Review & process all billable, non-billable calls according to the terms identified in customer service contracts or billed work contracts &/or client profiles
- Reviews local approval & contacts regional service people for status and action on calls
- Reviews & process billed work invoice voids & research payment status association with invoices being voided
- Utilize & generate DB2 queries to access information related to service contract coverage, invoice payments & billed work summary invoicing
- Communicates either verbally or in writing with customers& field personnel regarding inquires about billed work invoices, coverage & other activities
- Prepare, analyze, & distribute spreadsheets to customers as required
- Upload information into third party billing systems via CSV format or data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 year degree in business related field or equivalent work experience required
- Great customer service experience & focus
- Must be self motivated to achieve long & short term goals
- Working knowledge of the following internal information systems:  Service Contract Administration (NSCA), Billed Work System (CCMF), Corporate Customer Master File, (SPINS) Service Parts Inventory System, (CCEF) Corporate Customer Equipment File, & Vertax Tax System, YSIS.
