BILINGUAL PATIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE LEVEL III needed for a FULL TIME/CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN DIEGO, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Two - five (2-5) years of scheduling, registration, billing and/or claims payment, referral, eligibility or authorization experience in an Acute Care/Healthcare Setting
- Experience/general knowledge of managed care health plans
- Bilingual in Spanish is a Must
- Need to travel to Oceanside, Escondido, and La Mesa

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for typing and perform data entry functions
- Scheduling Medical Appointment
- Verifying Medical Insurance liability

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Need to travel to Oceanside, Escondido, and La Mesa
- Two - five (2-5) years of scheduling, registration, billing and/or claims payment, referral, eligibility or authorization experience in an Acute Care/Healthcare Setting
- Two - five (2-5) years of General knowledge of medical terminology
- EPIC knowledge
- Medical Appointment Scheduling Experience
- Medical Insurance Verification Experience
- Meditech knowledge
- Experience/general knowledge of managed care health plans
- Intermediate level use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
