TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Two-Three (2-3) Years of Years of general typing, clerical and receptionist experience in a Managed Care Setting
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- May require travel to sites/program and special functions
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, composing memos, handling multiple projects
- Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
- Assists with any other project as indicated
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Two-Three (2-3) Years of Years of general typing, clerical and receptionist experience in a Managed Care Setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Must possess Medical Terminology
- Ability to operate all department equipment and software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM (without mistakes)
- Excellent time management skills
