You will be joining a team of developers and data scientists that is working on business-critical tools for Data Analytics. You will be working closely with data scientists and people from the business as well. The team specifically provide tools, technology and data for advanced analytics models. They also operationalize data pipelines for data integration and sourcing. Your day to day will mostly consist of collecting and integrating data and supporting

Technically, you are expected to have a good background in software development and Big data technologies. Ideally, you should have development knowledge in Scala and/or Java as well as Python and additionally know your way around Hadoop and Spark and other data technologies such as Hive, Impala and SQL. If you come from a Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Warehouse background (DWH), you will be considered for this role as well if you have had exposure to Big Data technologies.

They contract is initially until the end of the year. Subsequently, an extension or an internalisation is likely.
