As the Lead for the team they will need to be able to identify and resolve issues. You will be responsible for producing business cases and managing the team on the analysis data available from the DfT and the Long Form Report (LFR).You will be responsible for the reporting to the board and challenging possible issues. As well as developing new ideas to resolve or overcome the challenges or issues that are uncovered.
Ideally you will come from a ToC operational background such as Head of Train Planning, have the ability to influence a team and able to challenge ideas. You will be proactive and have great attention to detail, rail bidding experience would be an advantage.
