Bid Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a Bid Manager for our clients based in Brussels, Belgium -

Our Client:-

Our client is one of the leading communication agencies in Europe, with partnerships in over 32 countries. A Pan-European, multicultural approach bringing together all communication expertise under one roof.

Set in the beautiful and historic city of Brussels our client is located in the centre of the city, within easy reach of all public transport.

Your New role:-

Analysing tenders and supporting qualification process;
Writing, developing and editing high quality content for tender responses; Coordinating the 'end-to-end' tender process.

Your Skills and experience:-

Education and Experience

Proven experience in public procurement, in developing and drafting commercial proposals for the provision of communication and digital services;
Knowledge in communication methodologies, digital trends, communications tools and platforms; Training/degree in Project Quality management and processes (ISO, PMI, etc.)
Experience in managing and coordinating teams.

Skills

Excellent drafting and editing skills in English; ability to take ideas and concepts and present them in a manner that is clear, concise and engaging;
Excellent written and verbal English language skills; Strong analytical and organisational skills;
Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable approach to work;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently (in team) under pressure and meeting deadlines.
