BI Tester

We are URGENTLY searching for BI TESTERS! This is for a contract position in Utrecht, THE Netherlands! The position is for about 6 months with the possibility to extend! Are you interested and do you have experience with business intelligence? Please respond ASAP!

JOB DESCRIPTION

This department is testing new and challenging applications.

The test department key activities (concerning significant releases and changes) are:

- Determining test scenario's and test plans
- Designing tests based on functional design and/or business- and/or user requirements
- Functional (including acceptance) testing
- System testing
- Regression testing (including production incidents and maintenance testing)
- Interface testing (also known as bilateral testing
- Test improvement, defect analyses and High Quality Testing

WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE?

- Coaching and guiding test engineers
- Taking care of adequate functioning of adapted/new applications/software etc. by testing and making this ready to implement in the production environment

o Overseeing the complexity of applications/software

o Working according to the principles of Lean

YOUR PROFILE

- or master degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function.
- Experience with or knowledge of Business Intelligence, ETL and reporting
- Certified in ISTQB and/or TMap NEXT methodology
- Experience with or knowledge of databases, data analysis, Oracle SQL and XML
- Experience with or knowledge of Business Intelligence, ETL and reporting
- You are proficient in English and Dutch.
