Data driven Assurance Project Manager

The company is transforming its processes and systems to become a full digital service provider. Part of this transformation is taking the next steps in the use of data to further automate the Network Operations and Customer reporting. This includes aspects like data governance, data science, complex reporting and machine learning. To realize this they require a project manager to lead multiple data related projects in the network.

Your primary tasks as project manager are:
*Create a clear roadmap including all data initiatives with clear priorities based upon business value
*Building a strong team, but still effective in very tight deadlines
*Implement multiple initiatives in an agile way, including managing changes in our IT-applications and our networks
*Manage complex dependencies with Legacy and new solutions and requirements
*Navigate through the organization

You have skills like:
*Agile thinking and doing
*Getting things done mentality
*Overseeing complex data landscapes
*Basic understanding of telecom networks and processes (fixed)
*Having led projects related to BI, (complex) reporting, data science, data cleaning and machine learining
*Managing dependencies
*Open standard and API minded
*Strong stakeholder management
*Ability to create awareness within the network department for the importance of (clean) data
