JOB DESCRIPTION
It is expected that this resource will remain in the Support and Maintenance organization, post project, to drive BI data ownership in IT and as Level 2 support.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Get an overview of data flow, compiling across all BI streams
- Establishing an inventory of databases and assigned owners
- Establishing an inventory of known issues, setting up common processes and tool to capture these, tracking the issues and finding resolution.
- Setting up standardized processes eg change requests to source systems, reconciliations, publication of reports and data efficiency
MUST HAVE/MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Data Handling, IT Analysis, Communication skills
- Years of Experience with reference to Mandatory skills: 2.
