BI consultant - Amsterdam - Power BI essential

Develop & Maintains data sets & dashboards to support Credit Risk Management, Billing & Collection Operations. Also support data sets for e2e monitoring of Order to Activation by chain managers.

As BI consultant in Credit Risk management, you are part of Finance Operations. You analyze, manage and improve our Credit Risk Policies and Reporting on Treatment Results for over 1 million customers.

You are part of the Credit Risk Management team, which is responsible for:

* Balancing credit risk at order intake
* Credit check systems & processes
* Optimizing treatment/dunning strategies for collection of outstanding amounts
* Operational management of the relation with debt agencies
* Creating a good balance between risk reduction and NPS

Co-operation with the business units Consumer Mobile, Consumer Fixed and B2B is an essential part of your task: they focus on bringing in customers and sales while you help them in acquiring the right customers and limiting future credit risk.

Ideally your background and personality include:

* 5 years plus experience in similar position
* Telco or utilities experience
* University education or HBO/Bachelor+
* Highly experienced in Power BI tooling - Essential
* Very strong analytical skills
* Good, convincing, communication skills
* Continuous improvement focus
* Familiarity with ERP systems and dashboard/reporting tools.
* Result driven, eagerness to learn
* Ability to translate concepts into guidance, policies or stories for automation
