BI/BW Developer - DWH Appliances

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

BI/BW DEVELOPER - DWH APPLIANCES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Unique expertise for an on-going project: Data Modeling-, SQL-, BI-, reporting developer skills and support of the Global Project team in Basel area. Working closely with the users, solution architects and developers of the project team.

TASKS:

- customer expectations and user requirements management
- data modelling
- responsible for documenting a solution in a highly regulated environment
- leading delivery of a solution, within committed timeline and quality
- coordination of offshore development teams

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 years of experience with data modelling experience in DWH appliances, OLTP modelling experience would be an asset
- 4 years of experience and very good knowledge of MS SQL-Servcer
- 4 years of experience with Oracle and experienced in reporting from normalized databases
- 2 years of experience with Crystal Reports
- went through at least 4 full development cycles with SAP BusinessObjects 4.x
- worked as a business analyst or development lead while directly facing a customer

NICE TO HAVES:

- work experience in GxP related environment
- virtual databases know-how (especially JBoss Teiid)
- project management or lead experience
- Tibco Spotfire development experience
- experienced in reporting form SAP ERP

START DATE: 12.09.2016
DURATION: TILL 31.12.2016 (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)
LOCATION: BASEL AREA (NO REMOTE OPTION)
