We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Business Intelligence.

This means the business analyst is able to cooperate in a team, is able to work independently, not afraid to share ideas, and is able to give input and correct others when moving into wrong directions. He or she should see the work that's there to be picked up and should pro-actively pick it up. Therefore written and oral communication should be perfect, both in Dutch as in English. The BA will be central contact point for requirements and designs, making sure all documentation and related impact is always known. We are looking for a consultant that will pro-actively share new ideas and insights. He or she will challenge our ideas and approach and once decided will do the extra mile to achieve our mutually agreed goals. He or she should be thinking in solutions, not problems.

Experience:
- 5 years of experience as business/systems analyst in building large scale data warehouses
- 5 years of experience as business/systems analyst in building reports and dashboards, preferably in OBIEE.
- Strong analytical skills and solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
- >5 years of data modeling, experience (star, snowflake and data vault) both logical and physical models
- >5 years Retail knowledge.
- 5 years experience in ETL design (preferably aligned with Informatica Powercenter).
- 5 years experience in designing data marts.
- Preferably exposure to Oracle Data Warehouse builder
- Preferably exposure to Oracle Retail Suite (RMS and WMS)
- >3 years of experience in testing BI solutions
