Advantage Resourcing are recruiting for a BI Analyst on behalf of our prestigious global enterprise software and solutions client in Reading.

Working with an international product team the successful candidate will work closely with multiple geographically distributed stakeholders to understand the global (all markets) and local (market specific) data requirements, and use a range of web analytic tools to provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to aid performance and business decision making.

In addition to experience developing queries, reports and forms in database programs, suitable candidates will have extensive knowledge of web analysis tools and techniques, have demonstrated the ability to credibly influence decision makers, be comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytics techniques. Some A/B and Multivariate testing experience would of benefit.

Candidate Skills Requirement;
*Experience with advanced Web Analytics products; eg. Omniture, Comscore Digital Analytics
*Demonstrated ability to interpret and/or troubleshoot changes in KPI's
*Depth understanding of data collection and sessionization
*Understanding of iterative test design practices and program management
*Preferably A/B and Multivariate testing experience

Responsibilities will include;
*Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in International optimization activities and use data to communicate recommendations to improve marketing performance to stakeholders.
*Work alongside the Global Site Managers to compile a global insights report covering multiple key data points (eg purchases, trial sign-ups, click-through and conversion rates).
*Partner with the In-market site managers to deep-dive into any market specific trends, issues or opportunities.
*Support local market data requests in a timely manner, prioritizing requests appropriately.
*Align with the US BI team on data governance, KPIs and reports.
*Provide end user report training and documentation. Support and feed in to report development requirements.
*Work closely with Office International core testing and optimization team to plan, develop and manage the roadmap of a/b and multivariate testing activities.
*Actively participate in the broader testing and optimisation discussions.
