Managing prioritisation and agreement of the benefits that will be measured and monitored;
For benefits that will be monitored, identification of the measures for new benefits and where appropriate, review of existing measures and baselines;
Design and commencement of a time and motion study to baseline a pharmacy related benefit;
Commencement of benefits base-lining as appropriate;
Updating of the Benefits Register and Realisation Plan.
Facilitation of workshops and or meetings as appropriate
