THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Biochemistry
- Protein chemistry
- Cell based assays
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Scientist who is familiar with basic scientific principles and has experience in routine bench work and/or instrumental analysis.
- Will be executing standard procedures required in addition to some non-routine work.
- Positions work under the direct supervision of a group leader or project manager.
- Records and interprets data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must have B.S. degree in science or equivalent.
- One to four (1-4) years work experience required.
- Must have at least limited troubleshooting capability.
- Biochemistry experience particularly protein chemistry (ELISA, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, HPLC, CE) and/or cell-based assays.
