Bench Scientist Biologist Job

BENCH SCIENTIST BIOLOGIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in King of Prussia, PA.

- Aseptic technique

What You'll Be Doing:
- The candidate will be part of the Microbial and Cell Culture Department which is responsible for the development of early and late phase clinical processes for the production of therapeutic proteins.
- The candidate will work in a team environment and will sample small scale bioreactors during cell culture runs and will perform shake flask experiments using aseptic culture techniques.
- The candidate will use analytical instrumentation to assess process performance.
- Candidate will also be involved with media preparation.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BSc in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated success in maintaining mammalian cell culture using aseptic technique.
- Candidate must have excellent analytical and organizational skills; must be able to function in a team environment, but independently work in the laboratory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
