BDM/Proposals Manager

I am urgently recruiting for a Sales Manager in a subsea Oil & Gas business based in Norfolk. As a business they have grown up in Oil & Gas and are now also in the subsea renewable sector. They cover international markets from their Norfolk base with much of their business coming from North America and Asia.

They offer a fantastic market leading product that is ahead of it's competition and is unrivalled in it's quality. This role will be focused on growing their business further internationally and creating a larger brand leading name.

A salary of up to £50K basic is on offer with a variable company bonus included. There is also health care etc included. This is a unique role in the business and will require you wearing a few different hats. Needless to say we are looking for someone that is up for that challenge and knows the Subsea Oil & Gas sector very well. You will mainly be responsible for winning new business and there is a fair amount of international travel included. You will also need to have a technical background as working on proposals and tenders will be included in this role.

You will need to be based in Norfolk as this is an office based role with around 8-10 international trips a year. We are looking to fill this role ASAP and 1st round interviews will be taking place in the last week of the year.
