BDM - Geosciences/Oceanography

Urgent Position! I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a leading Geosciences/Oceanography company to develop and grow their UK business. The role will be home based and covering the majority of Great Britain. You will report in to Director level. If you are looking for your next challenge in the Subsea sector, read on. My client is a well established business in this competitive market, 90% of their work is focused on the UK with 10% in the European market. Your customers will be industry leading companies in the Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Wave & Tidal and Offshore Engineering sectors. This role is very client focused and you will driving business as well as looking to develop key accounts. Naturally they are a service focused business and you will need to have significant experience in selling services over products. As this role is home based it is ideal you have experience working from home also, there will be a large portion of travel involved! Above all it is key you have experience and a good solid understanding of Geosciences/Oceanography. My client has a very technical team that is highly experienced in this sector, you will need to have a similar background. A basic salary up to £50K is on offer with a car allowance of £5K and bonus on top. We need this role filled ASAP and 1st stage interviews are scheduled to take place with in a week.
