Batch Management, Manufacturing TL

The project will cover:

- System delivery supporting overall GxP, SOX and InControl compliance
- Implementation of LIMS Core to address specific, local requirements
- Implementation of the Group SRM and its Invoice verification solution
- Automation of interface to the AWMS warehouse system at the TechOps site
- Replacement of current system by the Group E-travel system

Key Requirements:

-PEP/Shape experience, SAP project experience (several project life cycles),
-Expert in SAP PP-PI, QM, PM, WM,
-Experiences in pharmaceutical industry
-Skills SAP PP-PI, WM, QM, Batch Expert, Inspection Lots (Procurement, Transfer, Recurring, Returns), Batch management, Intercompany Batch exchange, Batch Classification (BatchMasterData), Batch Data migration, Strong leadership skills, Shape Batch Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, LIMS and methodology skills

Language Skills:

English mandatory
Japanese preferable

The role:

- Co-responsible for leading the team members towards achieving its targets and objectives on-time, to the specified quality level, throughout all phases of the project
- Integrate the team members into a cohesive work group rather than a collection of individuals
- Works closely with Project Management, Integration Management and Quality Management to ensure that the team objectives are aligned with the project goals and targets
- Manages the documentation control process within the team, from creation to approval of content and work in accordance with Quality Management/CSV guidelines
- Is responsible for the system and documentation deliverables of the team
- User Requirement Specification
- Is responsible to prepare and monitor detailed work plans and schedules
- Provides regular status reports to Project- and Integration Management
- In case of deviations in work plan develops mitigating actions to solve the problem, escalates to Project/Integration Management if required
- Approves all configuration change requests and forwards to integration team and/or project- and program management for cross-project issue resolution
- Secure Change Management process in within the team, assessing impacts (project/business).
