TTM Healthcare are Recruiting Basic Grade Cardiac Technicians on behalf of a hospital in Cork. Contract starts immediately for 9 months. Excellent salary, training and terms and conditions offered.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Basic Grade Cardiac Technician will be responsible for the following:
Objectives:
To conduct a range of non invasive cardiac diagnostic tests including the recording monitoring and interpretation of 12 lead ECGs, holter monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, stress testing and transthoracic echocardiography.
To assist with a range of invasive cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures including pressure measurement and analysis in coronary angiograms and angioplasty.
To work as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Clinical Measurement or a Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement.
Have at least a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience in a busy Cardiac Department in Ireland/UK.
Must have strong experience in non invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, ECGs, holter monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, stress testing and echo's.
Must be available to start work in Jan 2014.
