Basel Finance Manager

Our client is a leading banking institution based in the City of London, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise Basel Regulatory experience in a real and fast-paced environment within a widely respected and admired banking group. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria, be based within relocation of London or able to commute. They must be ACA qualified and have experience of regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include: * Run existing and help build new report retrievals from SAP * Support maintenance of existing GDRS / Risk+ project documentation * Support GDRS / Risk+ testing and updating Quality Centre * Act as a project central point of contact with all Business Units to understand, assist and progress GDRS / Risk+ items as required * Prepare post project procedural documentation updates for Regulatory Reporting * Producing management information reporting pack and FSA disclosures in relation to LBG Retail Basel regulatory capital position * Ability to work under pressure, good attention to detail, a self starter combined with an ability to work to strict deadlines * Working closely with Retail Business Unit Finance teams, Retail Risk and Group Finance to support the provision of analysis * Ad hoc analysis relating to the Retail Regulatory Reporting as required Experience required: Preferably Basel experience Project Management experience Project Testing experience Internal MI and Integrated Regulatory Reporting experience Report writing, preparation and documentary skills SAP, Excel and PowerPoint experience Must be ACA Qualified Competencies: *Project Management and testing experience *Analytical skills *Self work / organisation *Good attention to detail *Presentation / written communication skills *Good verbal communication and stakeholder management skills *Delivering results *Risk, compliance and regulatory management
